Justice: Astros Go Global

According to Richard Justice at the Houston Chronicle, Houston's attempt to rebuild the farm system is taking them all around the world. His article mentions the club's signing of 16 foreign-born players for $3 million in 2009. Two of these players (in bold below) pitched for the DSL Astros in 2009. I assume the remainder of them will be with the Astros Dominican League entry or the Gulf Coast League affiliate this summer.
