Long time Farmstro LHP Josh Muecke has signed a minor league deal with Colorado for the upcoming season. Muecke was drafted by Houston in the 5th Round of the 2003 draft. He spent the last two seasons as a starter in Round Rock where he pitched over 300 innings and notched 15 wins. Unlike Mark Saccomanno, who will visit Dell Diamond twice as a New Orleans Zephyr in 2010,
Muecke will not be playing in Round Rock. Assuming he plays for Colorado's Triple AAA team in Colorado Springs, Muecke will face his former team when the Express visit Colorado Springs May 15-18.
