Vallejo Outrighted to Round Rock

Infielder Jose Vallejo has been outrigthed to Round Rock and removed from the Astros' 40-man roster after clearing waivers. Vallejo is likely to miss the entire 2010 season after severing tendons in two fingers on his right hand in a cooking accident.
