After a brief rehab stint with Tri-City to begin his 2011 season, Brad James returns to the team with which he has made almost half of his professional starts. Prior to missing all of 2010, James made 48 starts for the AA Corpus Christi Hooks (2007-2009). James spent the 2008 and 2009 seasons on the Astros' 40-man roster; however struggles on the mound and arm problems have prevented any advance above the AA level.
