All three of Tri-City's all-star selections are scheduled to be in the starting lineup for the National League team in tonight's New York-Penn League All-Star Game in Lowell, Massachusetts. Kyle Hallock, LHP, is slated to be the starting pitcher for the NL. Hallock has made nine starts for Tri-City this season, posting a 1.79 ERA with 43 strikeouts in 45 1/3 innings.
The other two Valley Cat all-stars are third baseman Matt Duffy and outfielder Justin Gominsky. Duffy is batting .300 with 17 doubles, one triple, 32 RBI and 33 runs scored for Tri-City. Gominsky is batting .259 with 34 runs scored, eight doubles and 11 stolen bases in 50 games.
