Kody Hinze has two things to do in Arizona Friday: prepare for Saturday's Arizona Fall League Championship Game and wait to hear if he is added to the Astros' 40-man roster. Hinze wrapped up the regular season of the Arizona Fall League Thursday. He gave the Astros something to think about while they decide whether to include him on their 40-man roster before Friday's deadline.

Hinze batted .268 for the Salt River Rafters this fall. He was 22 for 82 with four doubles, four home runs, 14 runs scored and 18 RBI. This performance was a follow up to a regular split between Lancaster and Corpus Christi in which he led the Houston organization with 29 home runs and 98 RBI. He will officially complete his 2011 season when the Rafters face Peoria at 2:10 (Minute Maid Park time) on Saturday.
