Rule 5 Draft Preview with Baseball America's John Manuel

The Rule 5 Draft is scheduled to take place one week from today during baseball's winter meeetings. Baseball America's Editor-in-Chief John Manuel took some time to talk to the Farmstros Village about what the Astros might do in the draft.
