RedHawks haven't lost at Home in More than Four Weeks
Since May 10, seven of the nine baseball teams in the Big XII Conference have lost more games at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark than that stadium's main tenant, the Oklahoma City RedHawks. With their 9-5 home victory over New Orleans Thursday night, the RedHawks have won a franchise-record 14 straight games at home. The Astros' AAA affiliate also extended their division lead over Albuquerque to 4 1/2 games. Since the RedHawks' last home loss on May 9, Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark hosted the Big XII Baseball Tournament May 23-27. During that five day event only Missouri, who won the tournament, and Texas Tech who did not participate, avoided defeat on the RedHawks' home field.
