DSL Astros Will Send a Righty and a Lefty to All-Star Game

Two starters from the DSL Astros' rotation have been selected to participate in this Sunday's DSL All-Star Game. Left-hander Edwin Villarroel, 17, and right-hander Samil De Los Santos, 18, will be on a team of players representing the Dominican Republic's National League affiliates. Villarroel has made seven starts in his first season with the Astros. He has a 2.20 ERA in 41 IP. De Los Santos has a 1.82 ERA in 34 2/3 IP. He has made six appearances, five of them starts.
