I know absolutely nothing about Hector Roa, the newest player on the roster of the DSL Astros. Nothing that is except that he is a switch-hitter and he homered today in his first at bat as part of the Astros' organization.
Roa went deep in the bottom of the second inning of a contest against the DSL Cardinals. As a team, the DSL Astros have 11 home runs in 31 games this season.
NOTE: On Tuesday morning, MiLB.com has updated its information on Roa. It turns out he is a 17-year old right-handed hitting outfielder.
