Elias to Replace Heck

During Saturday night's game, Jeff Luhnow announced that Bobby Heck's contract will not be renewed, and that Mike Elias will replace Heck as the team's scouting director.  Elias came to the Astros from St. Louis shortly after Luhnow, and has been serving as a special assistant to the General Manager.
